Hermanco is a strategic solution partner undertaking the research and development (R&D) part of the Corporate Transformation Centre. Hermanco, which was established by combining the strengths of two companies that have been specialising in furniture production since the 1990s and producing project-based and standard office furniture in Turkey and abroad, focuses on developing products and services in the fields of management systems and digital transformation.
In the Corporate Transformation Centre, Hermanco plays a critical role in the centre with R&D projects to manage and develop digital transformation processes. The company plans to design the necessary functions and applications for the development of management information systems by establishing joint working platforms with Kocaeli University and Gebze Teknopark. Within the scope of these studies, an expert from Hermanco is expected to bridge the gap between the university, technopark and industry through his doctoral studies. It is also planned to establish an academy for the training of human resources.
